Parking for prepaid run entries at Run HQ is free.

Pre Trail Run Briefing/ A full briefing will be held 10 minutes before each start.

Safety First/ We aim to provide a safe and fun environment for everyone to enjoy the freedom and challenge of trail running.  If for any reason you experience difficulties while taking part in our runs, follow the route to the nearest marshal or ask a fellow competitor to alart the next marshal on your behalf.   They will make contact with Event HQ and you will be rescued immediately by one of our safety marshals or rescue medics. We also have a Sweep Runner Marshal who will be bringing up the rear so you will never be last on the route.
