Sunday May 6 2012 will see the 2nd annual Capernwray Sprint kick-start our open water triathlon season for the year ahead.

Swim in the unbelievably clear spring fed waters of the Dive Site (officially the cleanest open water swim in England), cycle on quiet country roads through the stunning Vale of Lune on the edge of The Lake District, and finish with a fast and flat, 5k out and back run along the Lancaster Canal Towpath.
